Thanks. We were very reluctant to accept 90k but we have only had one viewer since it went on the market in July. The agent can offer no explanation as to why there has been no interest. So that is why we are reluctant to let this buyer get away! The agent asked us what the lowest we would go would be and we said 95k but they came in at that anyway and wouldn't budge when we tried to get them up to 92kYour house is lovely-I am amazed you are only getting 90,000 offered. I know the area too as I am from Wigan-its not a bad area is it? Maybe you could hold out and see if you get a better offer and when you do you may be in a position to offer more on the other house!
