Posting, Thank You and Edit functions

Previously I had all this available on the page but now there is no 'thank you' under posts. I find it difficult to write a new thread as there is no 'New thread' prompt and there is no 'Edit' function'.
Can someone please tell me what has gone wrong with my page and how do i restore it.
