Ive removed previous wallpaper and filled in holes/washed walls. 3 of the walls i am painting - first with cheap white then with the colour but what do I need to do on the wall I am going to wallpaper? It's bare plaster.

As it has previously been papered then you should be able to re-paper without any other preparation. If you are the 'belt and braces' type then you can 'size' it. That is paint the wall with a thin solution of wallpaper paste and let dry prior to papering.0
