I've forgotten my PIN number for my santander account (originally opened with A&L).
I called the bank and they said a new pin will take up to 10 days to come out. I thought in the meantime I'd be able to transfer money to my HBOS account online (done it before with no problems) but the website says that my transaction can't be processed and try again later.
Can I go into branch with bank card and passport and get money without my PIN?

Should be able to as the pin is just for shopping and atm use.0
