Can anyone advise if these are accurate standard tariff rates for 2008?

Another poster suggested they seemed high even for standard tariff - how can I go about querying these?

Electricity
18.89p each for 128 kWh of "normal primary units used" and 1275 kWh at 10.34p each for "secondary units used"

Gas
382 kWh at 4.352p each for "primary units used" and 2.774p each for "secondary units used"

The standard tariff will vary with region (particularly for electricitry) & supplier.

If you could advise these, perhaps someone will be able to confirm or otherwise the prices you quote.

Edit: In the absence of this information, the prices don't appear too far out to me.
