NI credits for carer who was paying voluntary NI contributions

Hello - any help appreciated.

A friend provides 35 hours plus a week carers help but keeps getting demands from NI.

Phoned NI and they say yes we know you are caring and are getting the credits but you will need to phone 01912259734 "Quality Billing"? to stop them sending out demands for NI overdue payments.

NI could not contact "Quality Billing" themselves and said it was something my friend a carer had to do.

Has any one heard of this before or know anything that might help?

Many thanks,
