Praise for Sky Customer Service (call centre)

I've just called Sky, and what a pleasant surprise!
Last time I had to call was about 3 years ago, and it was a mess, long waiting, foreign call centre, nobody understanding what I was trying to say, and so on.
Today I called twice: I was on hold for about half a second, both times, and got 2 extremely nice scottish employees (lovely accent, hehe), who did what I asked and gave me a very good offer on top of that.
