how much can you work before your jobseekers is stopped? I am claiming jobseekers but may have some possible temporary work, if its just one day work then its not worth doing if they stop my jobseekers as i couldnt afford to live/eat. it depends on that week if its one day or 5 days etc

It's 16 hours a week0

if you work one day,Jobseekers Allowance wont take the earnings off you benefit until you receive it so you wont end up with no JSA and no pay
I you work more than 16 hours in one benefit week then your claim will be closed
if you are single you will be able to keep the first £50 -

In fact if you work 16 hours a week or more (on average)-not UP TO 16 hours you would not be eligible0
