Halifax complaints Dept - who next ?

Opened an account 4 weeks ago...in fact switched money from one joint account and opened a new joint account. I was always registered for on line banking ...husband was not. our account has been saying "Action required" for 3 weeks. he has been in the branch to verify his ID etc but we still cant use our account.9 it wont let us access or transfer any money ).we have not received cards or a password for him to register for online banking. i have been on the phone at branch and online support for hours ( honestly) who next.......pref someone higher up at halifax before i try the Ombudsman

    yes i have made a complaint....i just get a speil about how sorry they are................................

    The spiel that says they have up to 8 weeks to review your complaint and if it is not resolved by then you can go to the ombudsman. But not before then unless they reject your complaint or answer it in an unsatisfactory way........
