i could do that in the kids section no probs but it wont give me the option in ladies sale lol0

I couldn't select sizes or add to my basket earlier so I copied the product code into the quick shop form, the option to open this is at the top of the page. It took a little longer but I manage to order. Hope this helps x0

have you checked your bank statement as i just checked mine and they have taken the full amount. is there anything i can do? the total said £27 but they have taken £47. i didnt agree to this amount from my bank. Thanks! I ordered 11 items this morning but it has only charged me for 5! Not sure how this happened but all confirmed..... Wonder if it will be picked up and noticed after all. If not - great bargain!!!0 -

The same happened to me, I ordered the kids some clothes that came to around £48 yet the total showed £10.50 when I checked out and had confirmation that it would be £10.50. TBH I never really expected that they wouldn't take the full amount - I was thrilled to get items I'd missed out on way back when the sale started - so all in all - for me it was ok. Having said that, Next should fix this problem!0 -
i have just rang customer services and they have told me to email them the confirmation email that i received and they will sort it out. i didnt think the bank allowed them to take more, but i am new to all this. oh well a lesson learnt.........fingers crossed i get it back though x0
