Sorry if I'm on old ground but...

I was wondering if anyone can answer my question.
I ended up in a dreadful financial state a while ago with 1000s of £s of credit card debt; most of the companies took settlement offers that I made but a couple are still ongoing with me paying regular small payments.
All of the cards had large amounts which had built up through late payment charges; I woulnd't be so stupid or audacious to try and reclaim anything from those who accepted my settlement offers, but is it worth persuing those I am still dealing with or would I be risking rocking the boat and them getting nasty with me - which I really couldn't handle.

Also as a byline, non of these cmpanies (Lloyds TSB & Egg - or their collection compaies) are sending me any sort of statement any more - is this right?

Many thanks for any help/comments offered.
