May I ask why you are asking?
Sounds like you have a kitty with both thyroid and heart probs..... tho heart probs(hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) and high blood pressure are often secondary to hyperthyroidism in cats.I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
