I've been weighing up the pros and cons. I was only going to put a little bit away. I guess 5 years is a long time and alot can happen in that time.
If you ignore April 2009, the last time RPI was below 4.2% in any April was 2006. So why should anyone believe that RPI will fall over the next 2-5years?

Dunno about this, it kind of worries to have to lock away money for 5 years - that is an awfully long time!I am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j0
