Peugeot 307 door lock sticking

Hi,
I have a peugeot 307 and when the car has been left for several hours when i come to unlock the car by the key fob the drivers door does not unlock. I have to re-lock the car and then unlock it and then the drivers door opens. Also the drivers window does not go back up with the auto function anymore.
These problems have only developed after my car had to go into my local dealer for a software update as there was a safety recall on it.
Could the software update cause this faults?

    Maybe if the bsi isn't correctly configured

    Thanks for the reply. I assume i will have to take it back to the dealer again.
    Could this have happened because of the software update they done as part of the safety recall?
