claiming back ppi from loan with HSBC

i had a loan with HSBC in 2003 still have the credit agreement paperwork does anyone think i can claim back my credit protection loan please advise me please

Hi and welcome
If you were mis sold the ppi and just recently realised of the mis selling of the PPI, then it maybe worth you giving it a go, I am aware many have still been successful making reclaims from earlier years, and it does help that you still have the agreement.
So with whatever reasons you have, complete the reclaim questionnaire on stage one below link, this replaced the template letter, or you can write a letter to reclaim instead if you want to, but best to in your own words with the reasons on why you want to make a reclaim, they have 8 weeks to give a decision.
