Statutory credit reports

I have managed to order my reports from Experian and Equifax on line, but when I try and order it from Call Credit it keeps saying to order with a valid card, has anyone else had this problem?

I've only ever ordered mine by post as it costs just £2.00 that way. Since they've been online (I've kept an eye on my credit files for many years) I've noticed the onine charges are far higher.
Just search the Callcredit website for a physical address and post off a £2.00 cheque or postal order with a covering letter asking for your report and containing the details they require in order to find your file. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

Thanks for the reply, but it is the £2 statutory report I am ordering, as I have said I have ordered them from Equifax and Experian without a problem but keep getting "kicked" off on the final section with Call Credit.:pB&SC No. 298

Hi - I have had the same issue with their website for quite a while. Looks like the only way is to write to them0

FWIW on all 3 websites you can download a form to print to fill in and send by post...
and how dow I know this - because none of the sites will allow me to put my correct surname in  so had to print them off
Sometimes I hate tech or rather some of the m*pp*ts that develop/authorise these systems :rotfl:

Anyone know a solution to this problem? It's really frustrating, I've tried about 17 times now on 2 web browsers and with 5 different credit cards!!!
I think it may be because they don't ask you to provide the credit card name you're paying with. In the absence of the payment name they must take you full name from elsewhere on the form instead to process the payment. However cc names are very specific and may just be a first initial, in which case it will fail to match! Can anyone confirm? :mad:0 -
I gave up in the end and printed off the forms and sent them by snail mail.:pB&SC No. 298

I have always ordered mine by snail mail. Sent off for them Monday 28 Feb and got all 3 in the post this morning. That's a pretty good service as far as I'm concerned. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

Depends how desperate you are to see the results I guess. I'm quite patient, organised and have no urgency. Maybe I'm still living in the 80s :TWhen I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
