    yes. things sometimes move quickly and 5/6 days wait including the weekend is unacceptable.

    the internet is here for a reason, however some organisations still don't know how to use it..

    I forgot to say, I also like having the paper on my desk, find it easier to go through that for some things than staring at the computer screen.

    Obviously everyone is different and I agree, CallCredit should sort their online ordering out, perhaps if enough people complain...?

    one thing I have noticed though...the online versions can sometimes cause confusion, paper based credit files are much much easier to work with

    Maybe it is an age thing? It would be hard for a 30 year old to imagine life without computers, when everything was mostly done by snail mail and even DCAs wrote proper letters!

    But you remember a childhood without computers, without satellite TV or X-Box or mobiles? Just looked up Direct Debits out of interest. They were introduced in 1967 and were managed totally on paper back then, lol.
