Programme to retrieve deleted text messages

Could anyone recommend a programme that I could use to retrieve a deleted text message from a Nokia phone.

    Once deleted there's every chance they're gone for good. They're generally deleted, the space marked as 'available' and so overwritten. What's the phone model?

    Have you checked that the employment tribunal would consider an "undeleted" SMS message as credible evidence?

    Unless it had been recovered by someone independent of the case using forensically sound techniques, I would have thought not - in which case you would be wasting your time.
