Boyzone website scam!!!! Be warned

I bought some tickets direct from boyzone website last June to see Boyzone at MEN (Manchester) on 5th March 2011. I was awaiting tickets to arrive when I saw on the internet that someone else had reported spending £185 on tickets and they also hadnt received them. I have contacted the boyzone website who have told me that all the tickets are sold out and that I have try and claim the money back through my bank as I paid on a debit card. This is impossible as the company (Dioen productions Ltd of Ilford) have seemingly done a runner with lots of people's cash and boyzone's website:mad: are not taking responsibility.
Can I enforce the issue of a refund? Can anyone tell me if Dioen Productions Ltd of Ilford - address Olympic House Clements Road Essex are still running as a company?
Any help would be appreciated.

Little sympathy here. Internet & this forum are full of tales of scam sites. However on visiting the boyz website I'm having a rethink re my lack of sympathy. Poor site, no up front tour info, no links to official ticket sellers & resellers. If you still want to attend then this official site (part of ticketmaster) may be an option.

I usually always use Ticketmaster but on this occasion they Boyzone website had seats in a a better area. I paid a premium of £40 for each seat plus booking fee whilst they are only £35 on ticketmaster so I wasnt looking for a cheap deal - more a better seat.
The website was a secure one with padlock etc and I received a confirmation email so I had no reason to question the booking at the time.
I thought by going to the website direct it was SAFER - how wrong was I!0
