Car accident. Can I claim?

Hello all. I'm struggling to find information on this as it is a bit of an oddball. My car was crashed into whilst on private property. My car was parked but someone else was reversing to get out the drive and crashed into me. Consequently it has made a hole in the bumper, not a dent, a hole. Am I able to claim this off their insurance and make them pay for it or will it be rejected because it is on private property.
Many Thanks

Yes, contact their insurer and see if they will take over your claim as you are the innocent third party.0

you can, try todo it out of insurance as it will cost you for the next 5 years as you will have to declare0

You will have to declare it but it shouldn't cost you much at all as it isn't a fault claim and the third party should pay0
