help converting new external harddrive to FAT32

Hi all Just got my new 1TB external usb powered Hard drive but need to convert it from NTFS to FAT32 so that it will work on my PS3 and Xbox360. Please could someone help me out, I'm running vista. Thanks

A big thumbs up from me as well. I tried a number of methods to format my HDD to fat32, but all failed. Downloaded Paragon and it was done in seconds
