    Please note that this is not the official land registry site - it comes out on top of a Google search because they pay Google more to be on top. They can afford it, because ***landregistry.gov.uk only charge £4 for the title documents - £8 if you also want the site plan. You may do this within a few minutes, paying via credit or debit card, only don't try it now (Sat. 26th Feb at 14.31) because the site is down! - land-reg.co.uk use the same site to source the documents.

    ps Apparently, as a new user, I cannot post links, so have I removed the www. !!

    Thanks for pointing it out. Last week I spent an age trying to find the price to look at title deeds on the land registry site as above and in the end I gave up, I must be thick because I still can't find it :eek: but it was a very long day at work!

    It's £4 for the title register, £4 for the title plan. You click on 'find a property'

    Thanks. I can't get it so maybe their website is still having problems I get
    Secure connection: fatal error (552) in Opera and I can't connect with IE either.
    I will bookmark it though for future use:)
