We have been trying - unsuccessfully- to get a refund of £1100.00 from Great British Mobility since cancelling the order within the 7 day timescale. That was in December 2010. We have had several phonecalls from them and we have (now) 2 letters from them all saying they have had problems etc. All delaying tactics as far as we can tell.
We were supposed to receive the refund on 17th February 2011 and guess what!!? no refund.
We advise everyone who deals with them to pay by credit card - not cash or cheque. In fact do NOT deal with them - it has caused us so much stress that we cannot sleep properly and just praying we receive our £1100.00 before to long.
