I really enjoyed spending mine today - managed to use loads of offers to get £72 worth of stuff for £12 (£18 in total if you include what I paid for my voucher) & then managed to use my new LYB card to get the free shower gel that sheer_vanilla posted - one very happy bunny :D

  • For those having trouble deciding what to spend their voucher on:
    http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/_en/_gb/beauty-lounge/skin-care-regime-guide.aspx

I found this part of the website quite helpful because it suggests products suitable for your skin based on your answers to a few questions. I for one find it slightly overwhelming when I walk into the body shop because there is so much choice in there. Also, it suggests products which you may not have come across before!

Is the vitamin E mask free if you spend £15 on any face care items or is it certain ranges? Ta x

I asked the SA as it was up in store only by the tea tree stuff but she said it was all skin care (which handily was all arranged along the same wall in the store I went too).

I think someone behind me got the mask free with make up being skin care but not 100% sure

I've finally spent my Groupon Bodyshop voucher! I've always used Bodyshop products anyway, and this deal is great!

    My goody list:

    Moringa shower gel - £4
    Mango shower gel - £4
Pink Grapefruit shower gel - £4
    Satsuma shower gel - £4
    Rainforest Shine shampoo - £6
Rainforest Radiance detangling Spray - £6
    Shea Body Butter - £12.50
Moringa Body Butter (travel size) - £5
    Mango Lip Butter - £4

Shower gels are 4 for £10. The body butter is discounted at £8 (new promotion, I think). The Rainforest products are buy 1 get 1 half price. Of course, I got the LYB card too! I got the travel size body butter for free because it's my birthday month! I would have bought the products in bold for full price anyway.

    Total value of products: £49.50
Total spent: £12 in Groupon vouchers + £1 over voucher limit.

Since I don't use Bodyshop facial skincare products, I didn't take advantage of the skincare promotion. :) Result!

I used mine today - the shop was totally empty, and the girl who served me topped me up with several testers too.

    Lipstick, concealer, free black eyeliner.
Divine Calm (lavender based and very nice) butter, massage oil and bath powder (I have fibromyalgia and ME so anything that treats my poor bod is OK with me!).
Free body butter, plus several sample sizes and free mini body butter.

    Grand total £17.

:( I really enjoyed spending the voucher but was surprised when the total was higher than my rough mental arithmatic. SA took so long to work out how to input the voucher though, that I forgot to check receipt until I got home .... I had bought 3 mini hemp hand creams (£5 each)and 3 lip balms (£2 each). They were all in the 3 for 2 but only £4 was deducted off the total ie 2 balms, not 1 balm and 1 hemp protector. Do you think it's worth phoning customer service? I don't head out to that store often and don't want to haul my hoard back there anyway...
