It's funny how things happen. I haven't been on here or anywhere really for a bit as I've been quite sick. I've been patiently waiting for my peony, expecting it anytime now. Well I had just opened up the forum and saw this thred when Royal Mail pulled up outside with my plants. I now have 6 peonies and 60 packs of seeds sat on my table to add to my collection (some will be off to mum's) all of which cost me nothing. I do love their voucher offers. This new set do have a shorter use by date though. My old £5 ones were use by December but these only have until July on. I'm now off to check what strawberries I can get.

Yeah, mine has just arrived too and I'm pleased to see that they have sent 1x £10 voucher instead of 2x £5 this time.

mine came today as well. Although you can;t knock this deal, overall I much prefer http://www.jparkers.co.uk/ to T&M as jparkers are generally cheaper and the plants come look in better condition (at least in part due to them being better packed).

On Thompson and Morgan's home page it states this:

If you find the exact same variety and pack size at a cheaper price in a competitor's catalogue, we'll give you DOUBLE THE DIFFERENCE in Thompson & Morgan vouchers.

Maybe you can contact them if the varieties that are with Jersey Direct are cheaper?

Hi - I placed my first order with Thompson and Morgan over a week ago. It was for seeds and they said my order would be with me in 7 days. As it hadn't arrived, I checked online today and there is no record of my account or order. I also used £20 Tesco clubcard voucher. I can't see an email confirmation nor has the money been debited from my account. I thought maybe I had made a mistake so I re-ordered this evening but when I tried to use my clubcard voucher it now says its invalid which makes me think the order did go through last time but there has been a mix up. I have e-mailed them tonight but I just wondered if anyone had a similar experience. Thanks

They will turn up but don't hold your breath. My potato tubers and growing bags were due to come out by the end of April last year. At the beginning of May I enquired as to their whereabouts and received a reply a week later with no hint of apology telling me that : 'We are pleased to advise that your potato kit will be despatched May 2010'. Well I sat back and waited but by the 3 June I had to send a further email and eventually got an email back : 'We are pleased to advise that your Potato kit was despatched 09.06.10'.
So over 2 months late and not even a hint of an apology. Shocking customer service for such a large company and unless the offer is for effectively free stuff (just pay p&p) and is not time critical I will not be ordering from them again.

For anyone still waiting for this I just received one today. It was quite a surprise as I got all mine quite a while ago and I didn't think I had anymore left to wait for. Oh well now is the chore of finding something to spend the voucher on. I might wait until June to see if they do anything like the Chelsea Flower Show offer again like last year. So they are still being sent out everyone.
