Hi Does anybody know where to find the heator resistors in a new fiesta and is it easy to change. The blowers on the car do not work on 1,2 or 3 but 4 works, and my long internet goose chase has ended up here. Any advice most welcome.

Surely an 09 car is under warranty?0

If the heater resistors are in the fresh air intake like they are in the Mondeo and the OP hasn't had the pollen filter replaced annually, then it wouldn't be covered by warranty as its down to neglect by the owner.
Is the pollen filter in the service schedule for years 1 and 2? If so they'll have voided ALL of their warranty if it's not been done surely0 -

Obviously I assumed that the service schedule had been adhered to on an almost new car.0
