Help please faulty furniture

On 28th December I bought a bedroom unit in store from this company :
http://www.gardenfurniture4u.co.uk/
The unit was delivered in packaging that evening. The next day we removed the packaging and found the unit was faulty. It had two white doors and one cream door.
I immediately phoned the company and they told me just to use it and after new year they would organise either a replacement door or unit.
After numerous phonecalls and a couple of visits to the store I have received neither.
What are my rights and how can I take this forward?
Thanks in advance x
