BG - What's going on with the bills???
Is anyone else confused about the online billing system at the moment? I keep a meticulous record of meter readings and payments etc for my gas and electricity so I know exactly what I use and owe, but when I check online, everything seems to be in a right old muddle. The message saying that they are upgrading the billing system has been there for weeks. What on earth are they up to? Anyone found the same?:rolleyes:

I have 4 accounts(2xgas,2xelect) I just checked and they are all OK.
It can be confusing as the balance on the 'summary' page is always different from the detailed bill. The former figure includes all the latest DD payments.
So my last detailed bill for period ending 13 Oct does not show my 2 x DD payments on 15 Oct and 15 Nov, but my summary balance does show they have been credited.
That balance also includes the £5 credit for paperless billing(on each account) However it should have been paid some while ago and this is the second time I have had to remind them.0
