Easy to take apart dishwasher?

Hey, we're just about to replace our dishwasher, as it's got too annoying.
I've noticed that the rotating arms have got food/bits inside them, but they can't be taken apart so it's a case of trying to get them out with a fork/pin.
This is very annoying, and I guess is because the filter has failed somewhat.
Basically, I want to buy a dishwasher where this isn't a problem. Can anyone recommend one?
Thanks

Not wishing to disagree with you, but are you sure the arms don't come off ? On the vast majority of dishwashers they do, since this is a basic part of cleaning the machine, similar to being able to rinse out the filters. If you're not sure, it's worth a quick Google for your specific machine / model number to see if you can find instructions on how to remove them.0

Oh yeah, the arms do come off, but I've yet to find an easy way to run water through them and thoroughly clean them out. It seems to me if I could take them off AND then take them apart that would be very sensible.0

Some limescale remover and a cocktail stick should do the trick. They haven't clogged up because the filter has failed-the filter is there to prevent solids getting into the pump and blocking it. Any solids have come off the items in the dishwasher and are already in the water.
Cleaning the filters is a 5 minute job on most machines. No free lunch, and no free laptop
