If they are a Delia fan then don't buy the cookbook because a lot of the recipes she has already published in previous books.True wealth lies in contentment - not cash. Dollydaydream 20060

I think this is the best 'core' veggie recipe book. No pictures but hundreds of very good recipes.

I really like Ursula Ferrigno's books - they have some really nice recipes in, but my all time favourite is Rose Elliot's Not just a load of old lentils, which I bought in 1977 and still use. It is still in print too, which says something.Jane

Rose Elliot's New Complete Vegetarian is really really good.
Also Madhur Jaffrey has a couple of veggie cookbooks that are definitely worth a look.0 -
