I have 8 spotlights in my bathroom, 7 come on instantly but one of them takes a bit longer
Does anyone know the reason for this? Someone did mention a lazy bulb but I have replaced the bulb and it is still the same

they are low voltage individual transformers0

Swap the transformer, some transformers are "soft start" that sound very much like what you have. Ask for a non dimmable electronic transformer. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0
