hi weve spoken before i would like to discuss the sudden rise in my dd based on an apparent forecast of what i will use ive never paid this amount before with any other company so wondered where they get their figure from and if theres any way i can lower it if you could reply would be grateful

It's not leaving your lights on that is causing a bill that high, something like an immersion heater or heating device is being left on unnecessarily. You need to go round your house and check each circuit in turn to try and find the cause. An electricity monitor may help.
