Well I would get gel insoles to stop the burn ! There is a spray you can get to stretch them. Break them in around the house. Put a plaster on the shoe and not the foot if it rubs at the heel or heel grips.0

Rub a candle on the inside of the shoes where you think they might rub. Top tip off the telly (think it may have been Jimmy Choo himself or someone).

Obviously don't cook your shoes! And don't do it when they are damp. You just warm them near a radiator before wearing them.0 -
