Has anyone used this website? I bought two items on the same day, both of which I'm having problems with (one faulty, the other not delivered). I've since come across a few reviews online, and they are not favourable, recounting similar problems (ie. undelivered or part-delivered items, faulty or damanged items, impossible to get a refund, etc.).

The problem is that both transactions are for under £100, so presumably chargeback on credit card is not possible?

They do not provide a telephone number, only email details - and do not bother responding to those.
