New shower hose for power shower - diameter?

I have a pumped power shower (which is great, really powerful) but the shower hose recently devloped a leak. I also have a shower attachment from the mixer tap on the bath, so I've tried just swapping the hoses over (we hardly ever use the bath-attached shower, except for cleaning the bath, so for the short term this seemed like a reasonable solution).
However, the pressure of water from the power shower is now nowhere near as good as it was with the old shower hose. The only thing I can think is that there are different diameter of hoses available, and for the power shower we had the wider-type hose - is this possible? There doesn't seem to be as much water getting through the one from the bath, although they look the same from the outside.
The power shower is a Trevi, in case that is relevant.
So: are there different diameters of shower hose available? and if so, where do I get the wider ones from?
Or is there some other issue here? (The only change I have made is to swap the hoses though)

They come mostly in 11mm, 12m & 13m bores.
Just ring Ideal Standard (if they make trevi) & ask them which one they fit.
Ask them how much it is for a spare & then google it & see if you can get it cheaper.
Take it off & refit it just in case the washer ha moved & is the problem. Not Again0 -
You may need what is sometimes referred to as a 'power shower' hose. The internal bore of the pipe will be larger than that of a standard shower hose. You can compare the bore of your two hoses to check. Alternatively call Trevi (or a stockist) and ask what the correct hose is.
