Landlord insurance for flats

Hi,
I'm about to let my flat out to tenants (they've been found through a letting agency). I need to arrange landlords insurance - but I'm not sure what types of cover I need.
As my flat is leasehold, the buildings insurance is paid through the service charge that I'll continue to pay to the management company. Contents-wise, there isn't much of value there that I'll be leaving (just fridge, sofa, table, chairs, beds and mattresses).
I know I'll want rent guarantee insurance (nervous first-time landlord!) but can anyone else help me with what else I might need?
The letting agent has recommended Homelet to go to for a quote but any other recommendations are most welcome!
