I really need to get my butt in gear with my small things. I had another LBM a couple of weeks ago and have been doing my best to sort my financial life out - I earn a good wage, I should not be living payday to payday.
So I've started making a few changes, and posting on here is going to be one of them!
So today I have/will:
-walked to work
-brought my lunch in with me
-making coffee at work and drinking water
-did a CI survey (fingers crossed) and signed up to be a mystery address (fingers crossed)
-should be an NSD (number 2 this week)
-checked bank (trying to get into the habit of doing this every day)
-checked onepoll (got a couple of surveys I'm doing now)
-checked pigsback
-all searches are through swagbucks (earn a few points every now and then)
I will
-offer a couple of second chance bids on ebay
-walk home
-dinner is from plan
-texting on free texts where i can
-going for a coffee with the girls but this will be paid for off my starbucks card
-list a couple more items on ebay tonight (i love the iphone app!)
I think that is all for nowClicking, searching and surveying my way to a life of debt freedom!

DNMS - sorry to hear you didn’t like morocco! I travel a lot to the developing world for work and pleasure (I work for an international charity and will be relocating to Africa long term soon), so I guess I forgot how hard all the hassle can be to get used to.
I was pooped yesterday after my flight so fell asleep very early. Today I will / have:
· Updated personal budget after trip - only went £20 over budget, even with the clothes I bought. Woot woot
· Meal plan, which I didnt get to yesterday
· Lunch at work of emergency tin of soup (brought in my own opener!)
· Tea of jacket pots (made yesterday, to be heated up today) and l/o veggie chilli
· Thank you letter to Auntie for having me over hols. Will also send her my BART (San Francisco metro) ticket as it has about $8 that I didn’t get to use.
· Start on wedding present crochet
· Gym after work
· Clean flat as it looks like a tornado hit
· Prepare for Annual review at work tomorrowMortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000Debt free as of 1 October, 2010

Nottoobad fantastic only going over budget by £20 am impressed! How cool you are relocating. My oh is from Brasil (did I mention that anyone??!! :rotfl:) so its a lot easier for him he's much more used to it. I don't want to sound like I didn't enjoy it because I did and am soooo glad we went as I have wanted to go for like a decade!

Good evening,
today I have...
sold mobile phone plus got cashback
done weekly online shopping, with cashback!
done a couple of paid surveys
cooked from stores
NOT done any washing!
put on an extra jumper instead of turning heating on
cancelled which? subscription
had a bath in the daytime to save on turning a light on in the evening!
Other than grocery shop, its been a no spend day, actually, with the money I made from selling my phone, I come out WITH some money! :jIf I had a pound for every...... oh sod it, if I just had a pound I'd be richer!0 -
Today I have
- Checked online banking and slightly happier that money from Health cash plan has covered my dental bill.
- Cheap foods at work and store cupboard tea
- Need to Visit the supermarket but will wait until 18.30 when it is free to park0 -
- Made a shopping list for tomorrows supermarket visit (if I make a list I do stick to it) - using online ordering therfore finding cheapest prices 1st :rotfl:
- Defrosted freezer and bought a spare part (broken front on a draw). In the olden days would prob have bought whole new appliance coz I was stoopid like that!
- Surveys
- Did some overtime at work.
- Took packed lunch to work and bottled tap water
- Reset heating so on for less time as it's now a bit warmer here (so it will be my fault if it snows next week)

Hello!
I was looking for the NSD thread but thought I'd join you lot instead.
Today I've had a NSD and been on line trying to sort out my car insurance due on friday
(my renewal quote was £200 more than last year so I'm having to move somewhere else!)
Hope everyone's had a good day.[STRIKE]£2200[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£1950[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1850[/STRIKE] £1600 on my credit card

Evening all! I had so much planned for today, unfortunately it all went wrong as my dad has a horrendous case of food poisoning (from saturday but he only told me last night ) so have spent alot of time with him instead. He seems to have perked up a little tonight though :T
Any way in between the doctors, the hospital and Te$cos I succeeded in:
emptying DS bedroom so I can start to re decorate (just bed and drawers left!)
cleaned the house
washed and dried the dogs beds
filled up with diesel (was trying for NSD but that went out of the window with the mandatory lucozade purchase for my dad this morning! So went all out for diesel as well :rotfl:)
ordered flowers for DS auntys birthday (all the more reason for a NSD tomorrow!)
Thats it I think, will try and be more productive tomorrow0
