How to get a WINDOWS LOG of every program I have used? Where can i find this?

Where can i find a log of every program I have used on my computer in the past week?

used firefox at 12.31pm

used real player at 12.53

used msPaint at 1.12pm

Saved a file in msPaint at 1.12pm

deleted a file in msPaint at 1.13pm

etc?

for every windows action thing I have used/done/ {or as many as it can list} ?

in any Windows setting?

I know of nothing in Windows that will tell you this. You won't even get this sort of information from the Application Event Log.

It won't. But they may offer some software that you can download that will record logs.
