Quick help with income based JSA

My partner whom I live with is in the process of applying for income based JSA, and so they have obviously asked her if she is living with a partner, which she is, and now want the details of what i earn also, so my question is simplle, What is the threshold of what I can earn before they refuse any JSA at all?

£102 a week after housing costs.0

So atm, earning approx 900 post tax, with 430 for rent alone, and obviously various other housing costs, she may have a shot at getting something?0

if you are earning £900 per month your partner wouldnt be entitled to income based JSA0

I dont know what that is, to be honest have never claimed before, nor has she, so a bit lost in the whole thing0

The first thing to be looked at is number of hours worked, if this is 24 or more then the claim will fail. The amount you earn is secondary to this0

Might she be entitled to Contributions based JSA perhaps?0
