The FIRST prize is ONE safari holiday for two people to South Africa. Plus dinner and hotel in London with tickets for the winner and their guest to see The Lion King. 15. The TEN runner-up prizes consist of 10 pairs of tickets to see award winning musical, The Lion King musical in London, plus dinner at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel in London, plus a goody bag of Lion King merchandise from Disney.
16. Runner-up ticket prizes must be taken between February 1st, 2012 and 30th November 2012 excluding all school holiday periods. Additional blackout dates may apply. Tickets will be subject to availability and winners will need to provide three options of possible dates when they would like to see the show in order to facilitate meeting their requirements.
17. The first prize consists of two return economy flights from a London airport to Port Elizabeth (via Johannesburg) with Virgin Airways and seven nights at Kariega Game Reserve. All transfers to and from Port Elizabeth airport to the game reserve in South Africa are included.
18. Prize winners must provide their own transport to and from London airport as well as any car parking charges. Runner-up prize winners of tickets to see The Lion King stage show will be entirely responsible for transport to and from London and between the show and hotel.
19. The holiday is for two people sharing throughout. If the winner requires separate rooms the additional room and ANY single room supplements will be at their own or their guests' expense
20. No cash alternative in whole or in part.
21. No correspondence will be entered into relating to the outcome of the prize draw.
22. Holiday insurance will be at the entire responsibility of the prize winners, as will information pertaining to any relevant vaccinations or health care during the prize holiday. The Redbush Tea Company or Disney will not be liable for any injury, delays or loss of luggage or personal effects or any illness befalling the winner or their companion during the above holiday.
23. The winner and their companion must abide by Virgin Holidays published Conditions of Carriage. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. Once the prize tickets have been issued Virgin Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Holidays.
24. Any visa requirements and costs, plus ownership of an up-to-date passport will be entirely the winner’s responsibility and expense.
25. Disney and The Redbush Tea Company reserve the right to amend any of the holiday itinerary subject to availability at the time of booking.
26. The holiday must be taken in its entirety between May 1st 2012 and October 31st 2012, excluding Half-term week. Inability to meet this time frame may result in the loss of the prize. A second draw will then be made and the prize awarded to another person. Dates allocated will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
27. The winners' details may be obtained from between the 7th and 21st November 2011 by writing and enclosing a SAE to The Redbush Tea Company, Lion King Safari Competition winners details, 90 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9RA
28. The winner may be required to participate in future publicity
