  • We could manage without a car possibly however if DS2 gets his chosen school this would be difficult without a car. I cannot persuade OH to get rid a car all together so downgrading is a compromise.
  • I feel like such a failure!! All this is really getting me down. DS1 went to live with his dad in August and I have been a mess since.

You are only £300 short so if you OH can get even a 10 hour a week job this will help. Does s/he have any skills they can use to go self-employed/working from home? Get a piece of paper and brainstorm all ideas, no matter how rediculous they might sound at first, hopefully you can come up with something. Good luck x

  • We have been job hunting last mad over the last week. Most jobs we have applied for were already gone!! He applied at Lidls yesterday and is in the process of the Aldi's online applciation as we speak. I know he feels like such a failure too.
