Please help me with my netbook - I have deleted an important programme!

Hi,

Please could someone help me before my BF kills me please. He has a Samsung N130 Netbook and he kept complaining that it was really slow so I tried to help him by deleting some programmes and other things.

I have been a complete idiot and deleted "Samsung PC Studio" I thought it was the programme from when he used to have a Samsung mobile but it turns out it wasn't.

Nothing on the Netbook works properly now - I tried to do a system restore and it won't let me click on next.

If you try and open internet or other programmes it just brings up the properties box???

It's only a free programe to use with mobile phones it shouldn't be that that's causing the problem what else did you delete ?

I was right then I thought it was but as soon as that deleted everything went wrong - that is all I deleted (and a few pics of japanese girls with huge breasts lol)

Did you 'delete' or 'uninstall' via Add/Remove Programs?

It is me - thanks!! I am not touching his netbook ever again.

He has restarted it and it seems to be working again now?? It' still really slow though.

I unistalled via add/remove programmes.

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM QUICK SCAN then click SCAN
Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
If anything was found then do the exact same but run a FULL scan

reboot
Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you get a message that you cant write to the hosts file then Press the SHIFT key, and whilst holding it RIGHT CLICK and select RUN AS (admin)
