sorry to hear about all the stress with the orders! a few tips i can think of (i've managed 3 orders)..

- try shopping post 1am. sounds crazy but worked for me thrice.
- to empty things from your basket just write 0 in the box next to the item and take the cursor to any other box (assuming you have another item in the basket) and it'll automatically change. i avoid pressing enter as i lost the page when i did that.
- if your basket suddenly empties, just refresh it a couple of times as your items will still be in it, trust me
- deliver is £3.95 so if you're just short of the free delivery £40 threshold try filling it up with hand sanitizers (20p for 3!) and other bits and bobs so you're at least getting value for your £3.95. assuming things are available that is.

this is soooooo weird

just logged on again (1st time properly since i placed my order on wed around 2am)

i had 132 pounds worth of stock in my basket!!!!!!!!!!

initially thought it was order from wed that hadn' been processed BUT rang CS who told me what I had in my basket-totally different to my order wed night !!!!!!!!

sounds more like stuff i had put in my basket on tues late night while waiting for sale to go live- don't get why it wouldn't have shown in the order i have placed since then, total mystery:eek:

i've been rolling around laughing because apparently i put in 15 hair straighteners which weren't in the 3 for 1 promotion anyway:rotfl:

told her to take them out of my basket if anyone wants them?!

aparently other bits were things like lynx sets which i have now purchased instor but prefer to look at my basket myself before i remove them, if anyone wants to try later i may be removing them from my basket.

She said fragrances were pretty much sold out now, the ones she said weren't-kate moss and mogan i have just tried and sold out for me:(

Its mix and match and a couple of things I put in my basket said that so I just added 3 different things and got the 2 cheapest free.
