I wish they would deliver mine. I keep looking out of the window every time a car passes. I am staying away from their site and not ordering any more. I have enough toiletries to last us for the rest of the year. I am starting to feel really guilty.

Now site doesn't recognize user I'd so cannot log in.
Password been reset 3 times by customer service but still not recognised

Finally got the basket to load and its now been emptied too after 4 hours of attempting to get everything in there...So so angry right now, going to be one of those days today I think, my CC has been blocked by my bank because Ive been trying to buy things online...What the hell? I thought that was part of the use of having a CC was to use it!

I managed to place two small orders - did two just in case the site crashed. Contacted CS to ask them to amalgamate the orders and they refused. At least Next does that.

I finally managed to get an order placed this morning, what should have taken me about half an hour eventually went through in about two. If they're going to do this often I think they'll have to bulk up the site! Thanks to the OP though.
