hi it would be worth trying again on tel, i just rang and got striaght through


my basket is till shpwing 132 pounds even though i paid last night, anyone else experienced this???

FYI, lady on customer services said best time to try for stock is now as baskets are emptied daily at 9am-off you all go to crash the site:rotfl:

she also said that they would be updating the server later to remove all itmes that are OOS

hope that helps stop all you all banging your heads againts the wall!

HI All,
I havent had time to post until this morning ( damn half term lol). Yesterday I had a whole heap of problems trying to ckeck out so I thought I would push my luck and ring customer services! I gave them my logg in details and they could view my basket and took the payment for me, they even offered to call me back me back to save my bill!
I was a little worried this morning that I had only received confirmation from RBS world pay, but just checked my order status and it is says 'Inventory fulfilled' which CS assure me that means my order has been processed and will be getting posted soon :-
I got some really good bargains and all sorted for birthday prsents and xmas for this year. I become a full time student in April so needed to get all xmas hopping out of the way before I become poor lol. Hopefully will only have to buy the kids main presents!

shame they are only open office hours
not good if you're trying to checkout at 3am
risk was leaving it and basket emptying
my advice if doinf it today and struggling i agree ring
if trying in middle of night keep perservering!

Just spoke to someone about my inaccessable 'frozen' basket (from 2am) and she said she will ring me back but contents would stay there until 2pm today!!! She seemed amazed that I was trying to order in middle of night - she clearly has no idea about us MSE nutters, lol!! :rotfl:

Just managed to log on and my order says inventory fulfilled:j
My Husbands going to kill me when another box of stuff turns up, hes only just getting over the boots stash.:D

Oh !!!!!!!! I finally managed to get through the payment stage after what?, 27 hours?!! But now it is stuck at the confirmation bit, so the paypal has gone through but the merchant has not confirmed it yet and it keeps saying Page not found <Sob>


Edit: Just checked email and it's gone through, thank god!! Doesn't mr Lloyds know that my life has preactically be on hold these hours I've been trying to check out. Phew!

I had that, but everything went through okay, it'll prob take a while for lloyds to send you a confirmation email, but you'll get there eventually:j
