Morning bethans mum and savvy bunny have you been up all night? Have you not managed to get anything yet?
Love a bargain still here too ?

Morning hun, I think I tried for an hour yesterday and thought I may have better luck this morning, I had a good nights sleep for a change :rotfl:

I think I'm just going to be fed up with the website so off to a lloyds later this morning instead. The one thing I really wanted went out of stock which is probably why my basket went funny, we have four stores within easy driving distance luckily.

At least instore when you put things in your basket you can still see them and when you go to checkout they dont send you back round the store a few more times before crashing lol well I hope not

    I am still here too.....

At long last I have managed to buy some Cath Kidston box sets and some disney princess sets for party bags. Only by setting up a new account using my husbands email ( I'm sure he will be pleased when he gets the confirmation email!). My account still seems to be locked with a basket of goods I cannot view or get rid of.

thank you for your concern - it is lovely to know I am not alone in my frustrations

i had that problem earlier this morning... i pressed stop and quickly updated one item at a time. be fast though or it updates itself with the error again though, but if you are fast enough then you can get everything to work... i was getting it because i had duplicate items in the basket, once i removed them the error stopped... hth

The same place as the refresh button, it's a cross (X) when it is trying to load.

It's fine to do it agaian and again, the staff told me to do it yesterday to ensure I had optimum bargains.

    Still can't checkout :(

Can't check out either! Been trying for an hour and it's annoying now! Wanted some stuff for the school nursery I work out or I would have given up by now, let's hope the children enjoy the bargains and don't break them within five minutes which seems to happen all too often!

ijustloveabargain -It's ok to buy as many as you want together. Some of my order was for 6 of same (4 free), some for 3 but I don't think it matters how you do it, as you end up only paying third of full price. I was worried only the cheapest would count as free, so I ordered in sets of 3 throughout, and kept checking basket/checkout for price, but.......

bethansmum - I had to reregister (4am, because of this error message) as couldn't access my basket and I was determined to place an order somehow after spending half the night doing it! New id and email just so I could order. I couldn't remember everything I had in basket and a lot were now OOS, but I did manage an order in the end. I tried to read error message which only flashes up for a second and it says something about inventory being unfillfulled - something to do with them running out mid order (say you order 3 and they only have 2 left, I think). Once that happens, the basket is 'frozen'.

I can't get through on phone to find out what is going to happen to rest of order stuck in original basket.

Edit: got through - someone is going to phone me back about stuck original basket.
