Hi i'm new to this so please forgive me if i mess up..I paid off my Egg card over a year ago but they say i still owe money for so called late charges. they tell me they are going to put a ccj on me, but i dont owe them any money. Is there any thing i can do.

ask them for details of exactly what the charges are.
if you paid late, argue, but settle.
if you didn't, argue, argue and argue again until they agree that you didn't pay late
