My dad uses family tree maker 2005 that he borrowed off a friend. Not sure how much it costs for the package but it is very user friendly and you can enter so much information it is unreal!
Have you tried https://www.genesreunited.com as they also have a tree maker on there. I have started using it and it is amazing the things you can find out as they send you 'hot matches' now and again and you can find even more family through these!"Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!

The thing which frustrated me was that none of them will do the giant sprawling tree type diagram - most only do 3-5 generations on a page. I used GenoPro for doing the tree and it worked well until there were over 150 and then it started to fall down too.... the problem is that it is only really good for drawing a tree rather than the printing biogs etc outAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

You should be able to shrink it a bit to get more on a page. Have you had a look at genesreunited yet? I have just been back on and their new tree allows you to add fotos etc. Not sure what it is like when it is printed out though."Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!
