Double glazing Peterborough area

Hi,
Just moved into a new home and was aware some of the sealed units had gone as condensation in between the panes. Windows are looking a bit tired(but still serviceable) and quite old so not sure if it is worth getting new sealed units or replace the whole window. Two bed 1930 terrace. Any views on replacing or repairing and any recommendations in the Peterborough area for firms people have used.
Many thanx
