Natwest Application form

In October 04 I was selected to go on a trip, and set up an account with natwest for my fundraising. I'm certain I asked for a £300 overdraft on that account. Come July, I needed to make another payment, and wrote a cheque for £300 on a £50 or so balance. It bounced, as I only had a £100 overdraft on this account.
I am convinced that I asked for a £300 overdraft, and was never advised of the actual overdraft limit on my account until I got the letter from them telling them my cheque had bounced.
Is there any way I can get hold of a copy of my original application form to see?
Once I've checked to see if I'm going mad or not, I can whinge at them to get the money back.
